The hotel is located a bit far from the gondola in Bansko centrum, which requires a 20-minute walk. there is no need to worry as there is a shuttle service available that runs until 16 o'clock. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained with clean bathrooms. the staff is polite and friendly, providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings.
There is a slight inconvenience regarding transportation to the gondola after 16 o'clock.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast was good. the hotel was located near the ski slopes and had a great view of the mountains. the sauna was an added bonus and helped me relax after a long day of skiing.
The staff was not very welcoming or friendly. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and were not very accommodating.
